What are Check In/Check Out Times?

Check in 4 pm/Check out 10 am.

Is there a minimum night stay?

All published rates have a 5 night minimum stay requirement. Minimum stay may be waived upon availability and prior approval by management.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

If reservation is cancelled prior to 45 days of arrival, $250 will be forfeited per home. Cancellations less than 45 days in advance forfeit payment in full if unit is not re-booked. No refunds for late arrivals or early check outs.

Are pets allowed?

Is smoking allowed?

No

What is the No Snow Policy?

No Snow Policy: In the event that any of the following lifts at Park City Mountain are not in operation (barring weather or mechanical closures): 3 Kings, Pay Day, Bonanza, or Silverlode, 72 hours or less prior to the guest’s scheduled arrival date, the guest may cancel the reservation and all deposits will be refunded less a $100 handling fee per reservation, if canceled.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, MC, AMEX or checks.

What is required for deposit?

One night's deposit is due within 10 days of booking to guarantee reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
